As a “newbie” to North Carolina and to Greenville in particular, I was overwhelmed with learning my way around town and meeting new people. I was blessed to find friends at both my local bank as well as at my church. As of January, I began to look for work via recommended local websites and only received one interview in spite of my work experience and education level. However, upon applying to Nease Personnel, within days, I had completed my initial interview and was informed that my resume had been sent to several local companies whose available positions matched well with my skills. I have since been so fortunate as to land a job with a local company which I am enjoying immensely! At this point in my life, I was hoping to find a job that would allow me to help people and I believe, with the help of Nease Personnel, I have found my spot!
When I decided it was time to go back to work, I sent out resumes everywhere. Then I found a job listing for Nease Personnel. I applied online, and within 24 hours, I received a call back and was in the office to see if I qualified for the position. I didn’t have high hopes for employment through a staffing agency; however, Nease Personnel proved to be a great choice. The staff is friendly and professional. Using a temporary agency never even crossed my mind whenever I was let go from my previous job. I spent months applying for jobs with no luck. Finding Nease was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Everybody I had contact with was so friendly from the very beginning, even until I eventually found a permanent position. I came to Nease Personnel in February 2016 after trying to find a job for 2 months without success. I met with Angie, who took me through step by step what I could expect from Nease Personnel, and within a few days, I had my first temporary job, which lasted just over 2 months. After that, I immediately went out on another interview through Nease Personnel, and within about a week, I was on my second assignment, which turned into a permanent position! They are very professional and take their time to find a great fit for both the employee and employer.
