Receptionist – Greenville, NC

A local insurance office is hiring a receptionist  (30 hours a week). An ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, focused, have an outgoing personality and a polished presentation. Primary responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for customers, processing payments, and managing a six-line phone system.  Work schedule for the position requires afternoon availability.  Rate of pay is $10/hour.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of related experience (receptionist/administrative assistant)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage time effectively
