Nease Personnel Celebrates 30 Years of Service!

We are celebrating our 30th Anniversary!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic throughout 2020, we are sharing our 30th anniversary celebrations a few months late. As the leading staffing and recruiting firm based in Greenville, we are continuously grateful for all our employee’s hard work! Since the company’s start in 1990, we have placed thousands of qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions with companies of all sizes.

In our 30th year, we are proud to announce that Nease Personnel Services made the Inc. 5000 list along with hundreds of other fastest growing, private businesses in America. The unprecedented highs and lows of last year allow us to be especially grateful for this recognition. Highlighting not only our willingness and commitment to deliver the best candidate experience, but also our team’s steadfast adaptability.

With one brick and mortar location, staying local to our roots in Greenville, N.C., Nease Personnel has maintained a well-respected community presence and is excited for continued growth. In the last year alone, we’ve doubled our office staff, enabling us to further our efforts in serving all of Eastern North Carolina. With over 100 years of combined experience, we’re eager to continue working as a well-oiled machine in assisting our regions finest.

Lori Nease, President of Nease Personnel, is a Certified Personnel Consultant with more than thirty years of experience in the industry herself. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and started in the personnel industry in 1987. Lori’s vast knowledge and background in recruiting, training, and hiring is what has made Nease Personnel the company it is today- one of the top certified staffing firms in Eastern North Carolina.

Aimee Barnes, Sr. Staffing Professional, joined our staff at Nease Personnel in 2007. She works directly with applicants as well as local employers on their recruitment needs and is responsible for coordinating the office and community functions of Nease Personnel.  Aimee is a graduate of East Carolina University with over sixteen years of sales and marketing experience.

Angie Corson joined Nease Personnel as a staffing coordinator in 2014.  A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Angie has more than nineteen years of experience in organizational management, strategic planning, and workforce development.  As a Certified Staffing Professional, she works with candidates to identify and evaluate key skills that are in demand.

Susan Smith has been a member of the Nease Personnel team for more than seven years as a Sr. Staffing Professional and focuses on recruitment process in its entirety.  She has more than 40 years of dedicated human resources experience and retired from Greenville Utilities Commission where she served as the Human Resources Specialist, Benefits Administrator, and Interim Human Resources Director.  Susan received an A.A.S. Degree in Human Resources from Pitt Community College.

Allyssa Petriello joined the team at Nease Personnel, after completing her Bachelor of Science at East Carolina in 2020. She has completed five years with the US Army and continues to serve as a reservist. Allyssa started with Nease Personnel as a receptionist, and is now a Certified Staffing Coordinator, assisting with recruitment, operations, and marketing.

Becky Finelli joined the staff at Nease Personnel as the Payroll and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and has over 25 years of experience in business management with an emphasis on accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.  As a small business owner who has also worked in the corporate world, she has gained valuable experience in creating and managing businesses, budgets, and personnel.

Allison Donadio most recently joined Nease Personnel as the Front Desk Receptionist. Bringing more than 10 years of customer service and administrative experience, her main interests lie in communication and helping others. She serves as a point of contact between candidates and coordinators and works directly with both during our onboarding process.

With new faces and new plans, we’ve been excited to host several in-office giveaways for both current employees and members of the community this year. In the coming months we will be looking forward to our annual Stock the Shelter Drive event that will be held in the fall where past donations have gone to numerous organization such as Pitt Friends, the Pitt County Shelter and the Pitt County Food Pantry.
