Established  agency with offices in both Washington, NC and Greenville, NC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The right candidate should be highly motivated, results driven professional who possess strong administrative, technical and organizational skills. The candidate must have the ability to adapt to the fast paced, growing culture of an expanding business. Person would also be expected commute to both locations.

Responsibilities include:  answering multi-line phone systems, meeting customers and servicing existing customers, processing payments, data entry and performing other administrative, coverage review and evaluation.

Qualifications include: preferred licensed personal lines agent and property & casualty or willing to obtain, attention to detail, ability to multitask, must have good computer skills and excellent communication skills.

Work week is  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and could increase to five days in the future.
