Perfect part-time position for Greenville office who is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper position. Person must have prior experience with commercial property management and have the ability to maintain records and documents electronically. Other duties will include prepare monthly and quarterly client billings and perform other administrative functions related to property management as required. Qualified candidate must possess accounting and bookkeeping experience and have extensive experience in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks – QuickBooks is a must! Candidate must be a detail-oriented self-starter and have excellent communications skills. Small office environment so person must be okay working independently. This is an elect-to-hire position for 24 – 30 hours per week and benefits will not be offered.
