Accounts Payable Coordinator – Kinston, NC

Full-time position available for an Accounts Payable Coordinator with a local office. Duties will include preparing/processing invoices, maintaining records and documents electronically, preparing financial reports, accounts payable and accounts receivable management and the ability perform additional administrative work as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of (3) years of administrative and accounting support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10 key and data entry proficiency
  • Proficiency with PC applications. (Excel, Word)
