08 Jan Accounts Payable Coordinator – Kinston, NC
Full-time position available for an Accounts Payable Coordinator with a local office. Duties will include preparing/processing invoices, maintaining records and documents electronically, preparing financial reports, accounts payable and accounts receivable management and the ability perform additional administrative work as needed.
- Minimum of (3) years of administrative and accounting support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 10 key and data entry proficiency
- Proficiency with PC applications. (Excel, Word)
