Lori Nease, President of Nease Personnel, is a Certified Personnel Consultant with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. She is a graduate of East Carolina University. Lori started in the personnel industry in 1987 and works on a daily basis with the placement of employees. Lori’s vast knowledge and background in recruiting, training and hiring is what has made Nease Personnel the company it is today- one of the top staffing firms in Eastern North Carolina.
Aimee Barnes Client Services Coordinator joined the staff at Nease Personnel in 2007. She works directly with applicants as well as local employers on their recruitment needs and is responsible for coordinating the office and community functions of Nease Personnel. Originally from High Point, Aimee is a graduate of East Carolina University with over twelve years of sales and marketing experience. Aimee served as a Greenville-Pitt Chamber Ambassador for six years and is involved in community organizations including the ECU Pirate Club, and the Junior Women’s Association of Greenville.
Angie joined Nease Personnel as a recruiter and staffing coordinator in 2014. As a Certified Staffing Professional, she works with candidates to identify and evaluate key skills that are in demand. “It is important to go beyond the resume and connect with job seekers and employers who are both looking for long-term success in the hiring process.” A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Angie has more than fifteen years experience in organizational management, strategic planning and workforce development. She is also a Leadership North Carolina alumna (Class XV) and supports several community organizations including The Friends of the Greenville Greenways and the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation.
Justin is the newest addition to the Nease Personnel team. As the Business Development Coordinator, Justin works to provide the best service and experience possible to our clients. He is active within the community and dedicated to connecting employers in eastern North Carolina with Nease Personnel’s leading resources and expertise in order to meet their staffing and recruiting needs.
Originally from Rocky Mount, Justin is a graduate of East Carolina University with more than four years of experience working with public and private organizations of all sizes. Justin served as student body president of East Carolina University in 2012 and was an ex-officio member of the ECU Board of Trustees. He is also commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel by the Governor of Kentucky and an active member of the society.
Susan is a Human Resources professional with more than 35 years of experience who strives to identify opportunities and assist in employment connections with a client and a candidate. “It is personally rewarding when a client has selected a Nease candidate and then to hear thank you for all that you have done.”
